April Foster is a woman of great influence and purpose. She is a devoted daughter of the Most High King, wife to John for 29 years, and proud mother of two exceptionally talented and driven adult children. April embodies ambition and success, traits she has passed down to her children. She is the founder of Fostering Foundations, a long-established business, and serves as the area coordinator for T.R.A.C. Life, a national mentoring initiative supporting teenagers in foster care.

April’s passion for education led her to homeschool her children through high school, inspiring her to establish Christian classical homeschool communities throughout southeastern Louisiana. Her pioneering spirit not only ensured her own children’s academic success but also equipped and encouraged thousands of other families to pursue classical education.

With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in counseling, April is dedicated to rebuilding marriages, strengthening families, and helping individuals reclaim their identity in Christ. As an encounter coach, retreat speaker and host, she provides transformative experiences that resonate deeply. Her podcast, Bedroom and Bible, addresses intimate and challenging topics, fostering open, meaningful conversations. As a sought-after trainer and conference speaker, she leaves a powerful, lasting impression on her audiences.

April’s career includes a decade of leading a successful direct sales business as a top performer and managing communications in the marketing department for a global homeschool company. She has also taught as a college professor, guiding young adults in career development and life skills, and worked as a job coach for adults with developmental disabilities.

An accomplished author and seed mogul, April has contributed to the Amazon bestseller The Joy-Full Entrepreneur: Awaken, Renew, Transform, the anthology Joyous Journey of Loss, and her first children’s book, The Unexpected Guest. Her articles and blogs have also been featured in Classical Conversations and The Old Schoolhouse magazine. Her next book project, Love Colored the Way, will be released in Fall 2025.
